How can I save money on my home purchase?

Any thoughts on how I can save money on the house we are purchasing? We are first-time home buyers, getting a 3/1 ARM, requesting seller assist for closing, 100% financing. What can I do to save money? Are there any courses I can attend or programs that I can join?|||Absolutley free information is available through the state housing development authority or state housing agency. You may be able to qualify for a variety of programs to save you money on the rate or get down payment assistance.
