How to save money as a teenager?

I want to save money myself to be able to afford a netbook but I don't know a way a teenager 13 years old can get money. I don't want to ask my parents to buy me it because I feel I am wasted their money. Are there any ways I can get money without my parents being the people paying for it?|||You should buy a piggy to save change because it adds up. Always put money away.





As to get the money work it off. Ask your parents for jobs to do. Wash the car, Mow the lawn, clean the garage. Clean the house.





Mow the neighbors lawn any other odd jobs you could think of. You could also sell stuff off of ebay.|||Let me tell you what my 13 year old brother does. You know how girl scouts raise money by selling cookies they order from someone else? Well, my brother sells stuff for my friend. My friend pays him to sell custom-designed button pins for her (Like the kind that say "I love ___" and people can get whatever they want in the blank). He does it in school (like at lunch and on the bus) and on facebook, so it doesn't take much time out of his day. Teenagers go nuts over these pins, and they are super easy to sell. He makes like $50 a week sometimes. My friend who hired him MIGHT consider hiring you via long distance (she'd ship the orders to you)... but you would need to email me and we could talk about it. There's an email link on my profile. There might be people in your area who would pay you to sell stuff for them too. Ask around.|||I follow a blog called Tested Money, they test "work from home" sites and they show only the ones that work. I earn only $10 to $15 monthly in amazon giftcards searching on the web. Instead of amazon giftcards you have the option to get paypal giftcards, that are the same as cash.|||if you get an allowence put part of that in the bank and the as cash in ur hands and try only spending that much before you get ur next allowance. So then you dont need to touch the money in ur bank and you can use the money there for a netbook.
