What is the best way to save money efficiently?

I have trouble saving money, but I'd really like to get a car soon. I'm supposed to take my road test to get my license within the next few months. Any suggestions on the best way to save money? 2) Once you have a budget, I use an envelope system.


I have a stack of envelopes, and every payday, after I do my budget, each envelope gets filled with cash for that category.





For instance, one envelope is marked "pizza/restaurants"


Every payday, that envelope gets $50. When it's empty, I force myself to not buy any more pizza or eat at any more restaurants until the next payday.|||thanks dude i never thought about that
