How do I save money on lunch or any meal?

I get fast food or eat at resturants almost on a daily basis. especially during lunch. i am wasting too much money. i wanna save up to get a 71 charger or something.

how can i get a good cheap meal? sometime i can get at costco where i buy huge quantities. fast and good in protein.|||You have to start making and taking your own food with you..

It's healthier and you'll feel better because eating fast food has too much sodium and too much fat..

Make your lunch, dinner ...

If you cook at home, make a little extra for the next day.

If you don't cook at home, you're gonna have to plan a weeks meals before you shop once a week...

Buy lunch meat, tuna, eggs, cheese, veggies, fruit, crackers, olives, dairy (cottage cheese, cream cheese, yogurt, and chocolate bars...

Get creative by looking on-line for brown-bag ideas...

Martha Stewart is one, or Rachael Ray, Food T.V network..

Have fun with it, and get a Thermos for your drinks..

You can save a lot of money not buying drinks out..Bring your own water, make Ice Tea, etc..

G'luck and I'll be thinkin' about you!

I just made my husband's lunch..2 turkey sandwiches on whole wheat with lettuce, and a bag of grapes, and a chocolate brownie....|||Tuna Sandwiches. Chop in some pickles and you can stretch a can out to like three or four sandwiches.|||I love 2 minute noodles and tuna.

Also rice dishes are usually cheap and go a long way.|||Brown bagging it from home with "leftovers" or "planned overs" can save a lot of money. Otherwise, buy regular sized packages of items and repack them yourself. You pay a lot more for the convenience of single serving packages and already prepped foods. Spend a little time after work or on the weekends and prep your own. Even if you want fast food for a certain lunch, check their specials or $1 menus, etc.|||well, if you go to a super-wal*mart, you can go and get a 8-peice chicken meal w/ a pound of any of your favorite sides (that does not include meat) and 6 dinner rolls. all for bout 8 bucks i think. yes...i work at wal*mart|||Good ol' peanut butter and jelly!|||road kill with hot sauce! and some crackers.|||Cook at home.

I saved up and bought a 1989 Dodge Daytona Shelby Z for $170.00 And its a runner!
