How to save money and not spend it?

Im a teenager and I'm saving up for a computer. All I get is like allowance for like 5 bucks a week, and a little over 100 for birthday and Christmas. How can I save this money? I need to think of a plan so I can save most of the money but have some to spend too. By the end of this month, I should have over $350.
